Elaine Paige – In Concert – Official 1991 Tour Programme

Original official Elaine Paige programme produced for her 1991 UK tour, supporting the Love Can Do That album. A beautifully presented period collectable in a large square format, richly illustrated and featuring an unusually elaborate design.

Elaine Paige in concert in 1991

By 1991, Elaine Paige was firmly established as one of Britain's leading musical theatre performers. Her career had included creating the role of Eva Perón in the London production of Evita, playing Grizabella in Cats and appearing in Chess, which produced her hugely successful duet with Barbara Dickson, I Know Him So Well.

The 1991 tour accompanied the release of Love Can Do That. Her concert repertoire combined material from the album with celebrated songs from her musical theatre career, including Don't Cry for Me Argentina, I Know Him So Well and Memory.

An unusually elaborate tour programme

Far more than a conventional concert brochure, this programme contains 16 pages packed with full-colour photographs, together with several fold-out sections and layered pages revealing additional information beneath them.

The programme is also protected by a distinctive printed translucent paper jacket. Inside is a biography told by Elaine Paige herself.

Original 1991 memorabilia

This is an original official period tour programme, not a modern reproduction. Its large square format, unusual jacket and creative page design make it an attractive collectable from one of Britain's most celebrated musical theatre performers.
