Official Metallica 72 Seasons Backpatch

A dark, minimalist design defines this large official Metallica 72 Seasons backpatch. Against the black background, the grey Metallica logo sits above the 72 Seasons wording and a huge textured 72, crossed by a vivid yellow lightning bolt. ⚡

Made from embroidered fabric and measuring approximately 30 × 35 cm, this large back patch is designed to be sewn onto the back of a denim jacket or battle jacket. It is not iron-on.

72 Seasons: Metallica in 2023

Released in 2023, 72 Seasons is Metallica's eleventh studio album. It includes the title track 72 Seasons, alongside Lux Æterna, Screaming Suicide and If Darkness Had a Son.

This backpatch reflects the visual identity of that era through a particularly stripped-back composition: textured black and grey, an oversized 72 and a yellow lightning bolt providing the artwork's only vivid colour contrast. 🤘
