From the debut album to international recognition

Gojira adopted their current name in 2001, the year their debut album, Terra Incognita, was released. The band followed it with The Link in 2003, before From Mars to Sirius in 2005 and The Way of All Flesh in 2008, two albums that contributed significantly to their international development.

Their discography subsequently expanded with L'Enfant Sauvage, Magma and Fortitude, as Gojira progressively became one of the most internationally recognised French metal bands.
