The Ramones seal reworked for their 40th anniversary

The famous Ramones logo was created by the band's close collaborator and art director Arturo Vega. Inspired by the Great Seal of the United States, his design reworked American presidential imagery with an eagle holding a baseball bat and details directly associated with the band.

For this anniversary edition, the emblem features the words “Hey Ho” and “Let's Go”, a direct reference to the famous count-in from Blitzkrieg Bop. The dates 1976 and 2016 surround the eagle, marking 40 years since the Ramones' debut album, released in 1976. 🤘
