Punks Not Dead: a classic punk slogan

The phrase took on particular significance in the early 1980s, when some were already declaring the punk movement finished. In 1981, Scottish band The Exploited used Punks Not Dead as the title of their debut album, helping to popularise the slogan among a new generation of punks.

There is no band logo on this design: it simply combines the “Punks Not Dead” slogan with the British flag, two references closely associated with punk history and imagery. 🤘
