Five Finger Death Punch Flag – Knucklehead

This Five Finger Death Punch flag features Knucklehead, 5FDP's signature mascot: a snarling skull marked with a large red handprint. In this design, the skull bites down on brass knuckles while the band's initials appear around it.

The artwork is dominated by black, white and red, with FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH filling the top and bottom of the design. Stars, chains, brass knuckles and numerous graphic details complete the composition. 🤘

Knucklehead, Five Finger Death Punch's mascot

Formed in Las Vegas in 2005 around guitarist Zoltán Báthory, Five Finger Death Punch quickly developed a distinctive visual identity around Knucklehead. The stylised skull appeared on the band's debut album, The Way of the Fist, released in 2007.

The mascot has since returned in numerous forms throughout 5FDP's artwork, including several album covers and other official band designs.

Why “Five Finger Death Punch”?

The band's name itself comes from martial arts cinema. Zoltán Báthory drew inspiration from the fictional Five Point Palm Exploding Heart Technique featured in Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill: Volume 2, adapting the expression into Five Finger Death Punch.

Did you know?

One recurring element of Knucklehead's various incarnations is the use of crossed brass knuckles alongside the skull. They directly echo the band's name and have become part of 5FDP's visual identity.
