Bannière Velvet Revolver

Hard Rock

Velvet Revolver emerged in 2002 from the ashes of some of the greatest rock bands of the 90s and 2000s. Formed by former Guns N' Roses members Slash, Duff McKagan and Matt Sorum, the supergroup was joined by charismatic frontman Scott Weiland (ex-Stone Temple Pilots) and guitarist Dave Kushner. From the start, the band delivered raw power and stadium-ready rock energy.

Their debut album Contraband (2004) catapulted Velvet Revolver to international fame with explosive tracks like “Slither” and “Fall to Pieces”, earning them a Grammy Award. In 2007, their follow-up Libertad showcased a more melodic sound while retaining the band’s sharp edge and rebellious spirit. Weiland’s departure in 2008 brought an end to the project, but its impact on 2000s rock remains undeniable.
